Adding a New Student

This article will walk you through the process of creating a new student.

From the dashboard, click on the Create New button and then select Student.

Once you click on the Create Student option, a pop-up will appear with the create student form:

  1. First Name (required): First name of the student to help with filtering your student list.
  2. Last Name (required): Last name of the student to help with filtering your student list.
  3. Email Address (optional): Email address of the student to help with filtering your student list.
  4. Identifier (required): If the scan sheets are not prefilled, students will bubble in the ID using the identifier. If students are going to bubble in their identifier, it cannot be longer than 10 digits and it cannot contain letters. If the identifier is longer than 10 digits or the identifier contains letters, the student data will need to be prefilled on the scan sheets. Once the student is created, you will be redirected to your student list.
