Cancel Your Teacher Pro Account Upgrade

This article will walk you through the process of cancelling your teacher pro account upgrade to the teacher pro version.

From any screen within the application, click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the application. When the visitor menu shows, click on the Manage Your Account button.

Once you are on the main account page, select the Account upgrades account navigation option.

From the account upgrades page, you should see an active account subscription with a Cancel button. If you account subscription doesn't have a cancel button, that means your upgrade was done manually or you used an activation code. (manual upgrades and activation code upgrades do not need to be cancelled) However, if you payed with a credit card for the yearly subscription, you will see a cancel button next to the active subscription. Click on the cancel button to proceed.

After clicking on the cancellation button, you will see a confirmation modal explaining the final step of the cancellation process. Your upgrade will still be active to the original expiration date, but you will no longer be auto charged to automatically extend your subscription. To confirm the cancellation, click on the Confirm cancellation button.
