Managing Activation Codes
This article will walk you through the process of buying and managing activation codes.
When an activation code is used, a user will be upgraded to a pro account for 12 months. It doesn't matter when the activation codes were purchased. It only matters when the activation code is used. Activation codes can only be used one time by one user.
From any screen within the application you can click on the orange button label Upgrade account.
If you have already upgraded your account, you will not see the upgrade account button. From any page in the application, click on your profile image in the top right corner. Your account menu will become visible, and then you can click on the Manage Your Account button.
Once you are on the main account page, select the Account upgrades account navigation option. (if you are not already on that page)
From the account upgrades page, find the purchase receipt for the activation codes you want to manage. Once you identify the purchase record, click on the Receipt link.
You will notice a list of activation codes in the activation code table.
- Activation code: this is the actual code a user will use to upgrade their account to a pro account.
- Used by: this will tell you who used the activation code.
- Used date: this will tell you when the activation code was used.
If you want to copy the activation code, click on the Copy link in that row.
