Sharing an Assessment
This article will walk you through the process of sharing an assessment with another PaperScorer user.
When sharing an assessment with another PaperScorer user, you allow another user to duplicate an assessment you created. This will copy all the assessment details, questions, answers, standards and tags.
Please note, this will not sure data collected during testing. This means, any assessment data/student data collected will not be shared with other users. All student data sharing rules exist in your SIS or LMS. Please connect with your SIS/LMS administrator to review sharing permissions.
From any page in the application, click on the Assessments main navigation option.
When on the assessment list page, find the assessment you want to share with another PaperScorer user. After finding the assessment you want to share, use the assessment menu and click on the Share option in the menu.
Once you click on the share menu option, a modal will popup with the share information. Copy the sharing link and send it to users you want to share the assessment.
Once a user visits the sharing link, they will be prompted to confirm the share. Once a user confirms the share, a copy of the assessment will be created within their account. At this point, those users will be able to test students and collect data for the shared assessment.
